To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
bat39 strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account pending age verification. Any funds held in an Account found to belong to an underage user will be returned, less any bonuses applied, and the Account will be permanently closed.
bat39 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances derived from bonus activity.
To access the betting and gaming services offered on the Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person or permit any third party to access your Account. bat39 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
You must notify bat39 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
You agree to keep all Account information accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at the time of registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Where bat39 identifies that a single individual has registered multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — bat39 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any open bets and forfeit any bonus-derived balances.
bat39 requires all Users to complete identity verification before withdrawal requests are processed and in any other circumstances where verification is deemed necessary for compliance or security purposes.

bat39 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Accounts where requested KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable period may be suspended, and pending withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until verification is completed.
All identity documents submitted to bat39 are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for the purpose of identity verification, fraud prevention and compliance with applicable requirements.
Users may deposit funds into their Account using the payment methods available on the Platform at the time of deposit. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process. bat39 does not accept deposits from third parties — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name.
Payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced as context on the Platform. Actual availability of any payment method is subject to the applicable provider's terms, technical availability and operator conditions at the time of transaction. Reference to these payment providers does not imply their endorsement, affiliation or support of online gambling services.

The Platform supports transactions denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) where available, as well as other currencies as displayed at the time of transaction. Users are responsible for any currency conversion costs imposed by their payment provider.
bat39 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives to eligible Users from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each offer, which are published at the point of promotion and incorporated into these Terms by reference.
bat39 actively monitors Account activity for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering patterns designed to minimise risk while completing Wagering Requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or collusion between Users. Where bonus abuse is identified, bat39 reserves the right to void any associated Bets, forfeit Bonus Funds and winnings, and close the Account.
Always read the full terms of any promotion before opting in. Wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games and expiry dates are all published alongside each offer. bat39 is committed to presenting bonus conditions clearly so that there are no surprises.
All Bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or casino game. These rules are published within the Platform and may be updated from time to time. By placing a Bet, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable rules.
A Bet is only accepted and confirmed when a confirmation message is displayed in the User's Account. bat39 reserves the right to void any Bet that is accepted in error, including where the odds or terms were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error or human error, regardless of whether the event has concluded.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all Bets and are displayed within the relevant market at the time of placing. bat39 reserves the right to apply individual stake restrictions to specific Users without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
Live in-play Bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. bat39 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any live market. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned. Where live-stream data or score information is displayed on the Platform, it is provided for informational purposes only and bat39 does not warrant its accuracy in real time.
Specific rules apply to cricket betting markets, including PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments and bilateral international series. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs or postponed, settlement rules applicable to the specific market type will determine the outcome. These rules are published within the cricket betting section of the Platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, data compilations and game content, is the intellectual property of bat39 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You must not reproduce, republish, copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of bat39. Unauthorised use of Platform content may result in Account termination and legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bat39 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bat39's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Gambling involves financial risk. bat39 does not guarantee any return on any Bet. Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income. Never bet more than you can afford to lose.
bat39 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all aspects of its Platform. We provide every registered User with access to responsible gambling tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. These tools are available within the Account settings at any time.
If you believe your gambling may be causing you harm, we strongly encourage you to make use of these tools immediately and to seek independent support from a qualified professional or a recognised responsible gambling organisation in your jurisdiction.
Self-exclusion requests — whether for a defined period or on a permanent basis — will be actioned promptly upon receipt. During any active self-exclusion period, bat39 will take reasonable steps to prevent access to the Platform from the excluded Account.

bat39 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account is being used in breach of these Terms, or where suspension is required for security, fraud prevention or compliance purposes. Suspended Accounts will be reviewed and, where appropriate, either reinstated or permanently closed.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting bat39 at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bat39 will process the return of any eligible Real Money Balance, subject to outstanding KYC requirements and completion of any pending withdrawal processing. Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
An Account is considered dormant where no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bat39 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Account balances or to close dormant Accounts following reasonable prior notice to the registered email address, in accordance with applicable operator policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bat39 is licensed and operated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
bat39 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction. Users access the Platform entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws. In particular, users in Pakistan should note that the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and other applicable laws may affect the legality of online gambling. This notice does not constitute legal advice.
bat39 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bat39 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.
