Account & Registration

To register on bat39, visit the homepage and click the registration button. You will need to provide a valid email address, choose a username and password, and confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Once you have submitted the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email. Follow the link in that email to activate your account and you will be ready to log in.

The minimum age to register and place bets on bat39 is 18 years, or the higher minimum required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction. bat39 takes underage access very seriously. Age verification is required before real-money betting access is granted, and any account found to belong to a user under the minimum age will be suspended immediately and all funds returned.

No. bat39 permits only one account per person. Registering multiple accounts is a breach of our Terms and Conditions and may result in all accounts being suspended and balances being voided. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact our support team immediately so the issue can be resolved without penalty.

Deposits & Withdrawals

bat39 supports a range of payment methods familiar to Pakistani users. Common options include mobile wallets and bank transfers used in Pakistan, such as those associated with Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These providers are referenced as familiar local payment options only — bat39 does not imply that any of these providers endorses or supports gambling services.

The minimum deposit amount on bat39 varies depending on the payment method selected. Amounts are displayed in PKR during the deposit process. Please check the deposit section of your account for the current minimums applicable to your chosen payment method, as these may change from time to time.

Withdrawal processing times on bat39 depend on the payment method selected and whether your account has completed identity verification. In most cases, verified accounts see withdrawals processed within one to three business days. Accounts that have not yet completed KYC verification may experience longer processing times. Completing your verification in advance ensures faster withdrawals.

bat39 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits. Withdrawal fees, if any, depend on the payment method and are clearly displayed during the withdrawal process before you confirm your request. Note that your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of bat39, and bat39 has no control over any third-party fees.

Common reasons for withdrawal delays or rejections include incomplete KYC verification, a pending balance from an active bonus with wagering requirements, or a security review triggered by unusual account activity. An accumulator — sometimes called a parlay or acca — combines multiple individual selections into a single bet. For example, an odd of 2.50 on a PKR 1,000 bet would return PKR 2,500 if successful — a profit of PKR 1,500. You can typically switch between decimal and fractional odds formats in your account display settings.

Bonuses & Promotions

bat39 offers promotional bonuses for new and existing users from time to time. Bonus availability, amounts and terms — including wagering requirements — vary and are clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. Always read the full terms of any bonus before accepting it. Bonuses are subject to bat39's general Terms and Conditions and any specific bonus terms that apply.

A wagering requirement specifies how many times you must bet the bonus amount — or the bonus plus deposit amount — before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place a total of PKR 50,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. The specific markets and bet types that count towards wagering vary by promotion.

Yes. You can manage your marketing preferences at any time from your account settings. Opting out will stop bat39 from sending you promotional emails, SMS messages and other marketing communications. Opting out does not affect transactional communications such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notices, security alerts or account notifications, which are sent regardless of marketing preferences.

Yes, most bat39 bonuses carry an expiry date or a time limit within which wagering requirements must be met. If the wagering requirements are not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited. The specific expiry terms for each offer are clearly stated in the promotion terms. bat39 recommends reading these carefully before accepting any bonus.

Security & Responsible Gambling

Log in to your bat39 account and navigate to the Responsible Gambling section in your account settings. From there you can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits and loss limits. Limits take effect immediately when set lower. Any request to increase a limit is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period to give you time to reflect before the change takes effect. Go to the Responsible Gambling section in your account settings and select the self-exclusion option. You can choose a period ranging from 24 hours to permanent account closure. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately, and during the exclusion period bat39 will take reasonable steps to prevent account access and suspend all marketing communications to you. Permanent exclusions cannot be reversed.
